Hi, I made those from playmobil shako's, cut off the caps and the back and used miliput to seal the back/top of the shako..

Hi, grenadier cap print from:
http://passageoflines.50.forumer.com/british-grenadier-mitre-caps-t363875.html

The breast stickers I drew myself in windows paint, and printed them on (shiny) a4 sticker and cut them out.

This is one regiment made up of three companies right? In three inch glory the colonel, who is on the horse, would receive one order, correct?

Yes, indeed, the Colonel may issue 1 order. i.e. "Companies forward and fire musket in enemy"or "1st company wheel right and fire". this way it is easy to command a whole regiment, but when things get rough, micromanaging each seperate company will take several turns (one has te prioritize and be proactive)

Or you could use a smat way to counter this, by giving orders to companies like, "weel right and wait for the enemy to come in firing distance and fire than".

When you line then up do two companies get a flag bearer and the third get the drummer? I don't see the drummer in the picture of the full regiment but he might be hidden behind something.
