what playmobil set/model is the hms renown
That is the plalymobil set 3940, painted with some mast extentions and custom sails.
I love your HMS Renown, it's a fantastic ship and the story of Major Sawyer it's very good also.
Your work with the fortress it's excellent.
Congratulations!
Your work is greet and I am enjoying the rules you created. On one of your pages, you mention that you had made bases for standing the klickies. How did you make them? Thanks!
can i have those
Superb effort in all regards - most inspirational and irresistible - have begun my own Playmobil Collection on the strength of what You have shown and discussed. Thankyou Greatly.
Hello from Greece! I'm really font of your work. I would like to ask you how did you make the kilts and the hats for the scottish company?
I was wondering how you did the custom stickers on the uniforms. I am looking to make some for my Napoleonic collection. Do you know what program you used?
For the shiny-stickers I printed, I used ordinairy 'paint' to make a high resolution picture of a uniform, then rescaling it in word to klicky size... email me for an example!
The hats I made from:
http://playmodb.org/cgi-bin/showpart.pl?partnum=30-06-2530, cutting the point off, drilling a hole and placing a pummel inside!
how do you make all of the bildings?
What did you use to construct the bildings and forts?
in sawyers story, you had a ships boat. what set is that?
The longboat in white is a vikingship, with the middle part sawn out and glued together..
The buildings are either standard Playmobil construction parts (called Steck) OR Styropur cut with a sharp knife, glued and painted.
Major Sir Edward Sawyer, I'm incredibly glad to have stumbled upon your site! I hope to try the playmo-skirmish rules as soon as possible. Great work you've been doing here, thank you!!!
